How far do you want to be from downtown Boise?
Commute is the fastest way to narrow the valley. Boise puts you closest to downtown and the airport; Meridian and Eagle are typically a short drive; Star, Middleton, and parts of Nampa trade a longer commute for more space and value.
What does your budget really buy here?
The same budget behaves very differently by community. We’ll show you what your number buys in each area so you’re comparing like for like, not chasing a neighborhood that’s out of range or overpaying where you don’t need to.
What home style and age fit you?
- Historic character near downtown (Boise’s North End and East End)
- Newer, master-planned neighborhoods (much of Meridian and Star)
